Target Segment:

1.      Individual Nepali Citizen / Entity.

Purpose

1.      To fulfill the various needs of Individual / Entity.

Loan Limit

1.       Upto 90% of the Fixed Deposit amount maintained with the Bank.

Loan Tenure:

1.       Tenure of loan shall be 1 year or maturity period of Fixed deposit which comes earlier.

Interest Rate:

1.      Interest rate shall be applicable as determined by ALCO of the bank from time to time. Any deviation shall be as per NRB guideline/directive.

Documents Required but not limited to:

1.      Application form from applicants/ co –applicants along with photo and seal of the entity in case of entity.

2.      Copy of citizenship certificate of applicant/co-applicant/proprietor/partner and authorized person in case of entity.

3.      Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR).  

4.      Minutes in case of entities for taking loan and delegation of authority for loan.

5.      Any other documents to justify the loan that may be decided by the management from time to time or as may be required by regulatory requirement. 

All the documents and copies of the documents should be signed by the applicant/ co-applicants/authorized person to authenticate the documents.
